Beware the hellhounds who lurk in the shadows for they are so hungry, and you are so tasty.

On the finish line

Official CoverWorking on Witness to the Moon this week. I’ll definitely finish this book by the end of this week and then like I mentioned on Friday, I will start in on the Anora – Druid story. My extent of outlining for that story so far has been to play with questions like, What is her biggest challenge? What  does she want, and what stands in her way of getting it?

Not much in other words. I’ve been reading up on Druids to get a good handle on what specifics I may not know, but want to include, and what sort of research I may want to play with in the story. Otherwise I’ll probably go into this the way I have for most stories. I have a few starter bullet points that I put in a story notes spot at the end of the MS, and then I just start to write. Almost Into The Dark like Dean Wesley Smith, lol.

As typical my characters have decided that my plans for the end of Witness to the Moon aren’t exactly as I wanted them to be. Some of it is, but the information that I was thinking about saving until the third book just went kaput and dumped into the story today.

In other random news

I brought out my old cross stitch that my dad bought me before he passed away. I wrote a post on Instagram so I’m going to cheat and clip it to here. Other than it being harder to see the small holes, I forgot how much I enjoyed cross stitch. Not sure what I’ll do with it when I’m done. Either frame and hang it, or just put it away.

Tonight I’ll work on it some more since I don’t have much energy so I’m taking it easy.
