Beware the hellhounds who lurk in the shadows for they are so hungry, and you are so tasty.

Julian taking control

So at this point, Kat and Julian have zero choice on the matter. Kat needs to try to tap into Kylarra to find out what the hell is going on. Nobody seems to know anything about her, they don’t feel as if they have all the time in the world. There is one connection which they have to her, that nobody else can touch.

And that is her mother.

They know the dangers that have begun to present themselves, even more that if Kat gets sick again, they may or may not have the option of Sean again. I don’t think at this point, Sean will help either. Because as I believe I’ve said before, what’s happening to Kat when she taps into the energy of her daughter has nothing to do with blood. It’s an energy.

As in, something far more than the blood can give her. Something far more than human food will do for her.

She may end up needing a fix that in my mind, only one woman can provide her. And that woman also happens to be missing. Kat and Julian just don’t know that yet.

She’ll show just when she’s needed though so no worries Kat. Mila has this incredible instinct which makes her show just when she’s needed in someone’s world. Whether they come into her world, or she comes into theirs.

She has an incredible knack for just knowing those moments. And since this book is now at 73K words? I’d imagine Mila may show soon. See I have it in my head that she will, but whether she does or not? That’s an entirely different situation. Mila will do what Mila wishes. As much as she shows up when needed, she does also tend to disappear.

And she’s currently with Stefan who’s waited lifetimes to find her. Ya think he’s fully focused on only rushing around the world with her and nothing else?

He’s a wolf. And a man. And she’s delectable to him in more ways than one.

Exactly. :p
