Been working on Mila’s crochet blanket all day so my writing was done later in the day. This post on Instagram shows what I’m referring to. 🙂

I’m on the 7th pair of squares now for the 7th row. I just have the 8th row to go. I didn’t get as much yarn as I normally have. One, it was more expensive this round ($5/per instead of $4 as it’s been), and two, I wasn’t sure I needed so many. So I’ll work with the two skeins of white and the one of the Victorian Rose (above) to see how many squares I can finish. Then start in on the edging with the grey. Funny thing is that my mom got Mila a new collar because her neck is getting so thick now and the colors are similar. Pink and grey. Or if you want to be all technical it is a Muted Red Violet. It’s matchy matchy with her blanket. lol Grandma likes to get Mila all sorts of things, but I’m grateful otherwise Mila’d be freezing her toots off right now without the thick jacket my mother bought for her. And the sweatshirts. I was using my old clothes. Also fits nicely for her. For those new to this post, this is who I am referring to.
