Working on Witness to the Moon this week.

What do I have to ramble about today? My brain is a mess because I’m trying to do a bunch of things at once. My mom asked if I’d make some homemade bread and banana bread. Now I couldn’t make the traditional banana bread that I personally make because we have no sour cream so I made a traditional banana bread like most people make. For the regular bread, I made Challah bread. We love to snack on it. I don’t do the braid, I do a regular loaf. And when I make it, I dump everything into the bread machine, then turn it to dough cycle. My hands no longer can stand the kneading motions.

Sure, you can take the time to braid and do it all nicely, but I don’t. My method of cooking involves dumping everything into a bowl and mixing. haha Seriously. I really do that. I dump all ingredients for the banana bread into a giant bowl (I doubled the recipe so we could also have a loaf) and then mixed it up. None of that mix wet, then dry bidness for me. I ain’t got time fo that! Most of the time I do it now. Do it for my biscuits, cookies, etc., and I still get compliments on my cooking.

Had a heck of a time with my laptop working slow today so I’m surprised I got as many words as I did.

The story was fine, the laptop and programs kept hiccuping though. Drove me nuts. I’d have to pause and wait for it to catch up. Needless to say I issued the laptop a lot of very dirt “shape up or ship out” looks. Please don’t ship out laptop, I do love you. 😀

Lucy gets spayed tomorrow.

You wanna send her some prayers and healing vibes, that’d be lovely. She is our 9-lbs Shih Tzu darling baby. Seriously. She has my brother wrapped around her little tootsies. Being so small we’re concerned that everything will go all right. It’s a normal procedure I am aware, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a concern. After her, the only one left to fix will be Cheyenne.
