So today, I will be working with Haley. This is the first book in the series, and Ellie will be the second. Right now, Ellie is a little toddler in the first book, but I’m also writing her as an adult in the second book. I would love to know how many authors have ever tried that. Do you know any? Leave it in the comments below. I’d love to know. Writing two books in a series at the same time is what I mean.

Well, not exactly the same time since it’s been three weeks since I wrote in this one, and when I wrote the books in the same week, it would still be a week in between writing, but for me it’s pretty much the same time. I think my mind is compartmentalizing the stories fairly well so it’s not confusing me (hopefully I don’t jinx myself with that).

Back to the story. Today, Haley is meeting with Jack and Jeremiah. She wants to make sure that little Ellie can handle being around the two men without worrying that those two fighters will try to kill her daughter. I’m at 59, 793 words right now. This is the furthest book behind so it’s the one I’m working with.
