As I work on the edits for Immortal Separation, I paused to email my editor. I had an idea for something I wanted to do and needed a second opinion. I tend to need one when I spend a week mulling something over and still go . . . huh?
I have decided–with my lovely editor’s help–that I am going to give my newsletter subscribers a special deal. This book is a novelette. My next book to edit is not. I wanted to give you something to sort of tide you over, while I’m editing that next one. Also to introduce other individuals to my writing. Normally my newsletters go out once a month, or once every two weeks, sometimes even once every week. That’s what we’re going to do while I’m editing the next book.
We are going to commit to releasing one newsletter a week near the end of June. So that gives me time to share this information.
Once a week, I will release ONE CHAPTER of Immortal Separation once the edits are finished on it. The edits should be by the end of June (no promises). I will include a link to a special page, that only my newsletter subscribers will have access to.
Now, if you are not a current subscriber, you can subscribe before this starts. You will get a taste, over the next few months [after I’ve finished the edits], of what I write like, what my newsletter is like, and the best part, you will have access to Immortal Separation. No strings attached.
Again, every week, one chapter will be released. Only in the newsletter. Nowhere else.
This is not all. I know right . . . there is more goodness?
Yes! Because I adore you all so much and I am so grateful to you every day, there is one more final treat at the end. I will not say what it is. That too, will only be released through the newsletter, at the end of the 16 weeks.
And it’s not a requirement, but I would love any help I could get in telling people about this. All you have to do is drop the link somewhere, tweet it, and let people know that for signing up, they will get to enjoy a chapter a week of Immortal Separation. I really hope you all enjoy this novelette. I simply adore it. AND of course my newsletter.
P.S. I do need help with this. I need help in getting people to know my name, and getting my name out there. I do what I love because I love it, but I still need to put food on the table. I don’t ask anyone to spam, just help. I’m not so good at asking for help, or pushing my books because I am reserved so any help that you can give, I would appreciate more than words can properly express.
Below is a sample teaser:
Lana narrowed her eyes at him until he laughed. If he didn’t knock off the names, they would never find his body. “I hate you.”
“Don’t I know it.” He winked. “You make it so fun to pester you.” Lana rolled her eyes.
“Can’t you use your little magic and make instant dinner?”
“What do I look like? Samantha? No, I can’t make food appear out of thin air. Lords. Oh!” She snapped her fingers, then pointed at him. “You know where you can get instant food?” She jerked her thumb toward the atrium. “The fast food joint back in the city. Let the door kick you on your butt on the way out.”
They have such a fun repertoire, despite them not being fans of one another. This is a book that makes me laugh quite a bit.
